Look after your car, ensuring that the oils levels are checked and problems are rectified sooner rather than later will help your car.
Do not carry unnecessary clutter in your vehicle, this causes excess weight.

Fill up in the morning and only half pull the leaver. All pumps are calibrated and tested by Trading Standards on a fast fill and a slow fill. Sometimes you can gain as much as 25p from doing a slow fill.
Keep an eye out on your mpg, when using different petrol stations. Sometimes the quality of fuel at one station isn't as good as another.
